‘The World’s Most Intelligent Charger Ever’ Coming Soon

UsBidi have designed what they’re calling the world’s most intelligent charger which is currently being backed on Kickstarter until early December.

So what makes it the world’s most intelligent charger?

    • 'Extends Battery Life, Keeps Battery Healthier’

Once your phone is completely charged it will cut off the power, meaning you won’t have to unplug it. If you’re also guilty of leaving your phone to charge all night then this is a perfect solution. Also, UsBidi can extend the battery life the next day.

    • ‘Charges Your Phone 2x As Fast’

UsBidi can charge your phone twice as fast by choosing the ‘smart and fast mode’ for charging. (Again, this is amazing).

    • ‘LED & Magnet. Durable & Colourful’

There is an LED indicator that cab tell the charging status from distance. Magnetic ends help tidy hold with frayed and tangled cords a thing of the past. Finally, last but not least it looks cool- with a variety of colours and lengths to choose from.

UsBidi made the perfect point when they stated that ‘Each year our devices get smarter, faster and more intelligent. However, the charging tech still lags far behind.’ And so here we have a solution.

UsBidi will be available for Android and iOS and aim to begin shipping in February.

Disney Is Joining the On-Demand Revolution

Netflix, Now TV and Amazon Prime may face some additional competition come November with Disney set to launch their DisneyLife service in the UK. But what sets DisneyLife apart from the other subscription streaming services is its inclusion of music and books as well as the obvious TV shows and movies created by Disney all in one app.

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

When we first heard about this we were probably a little too excited- but who doesn’t love Disney, especially the classics! There may be one slight problem however- DisneyLife won’t be hosting Marvel or Lucasfilm movies, but that doesn’t bother us.

So how much will it set you back?
DisneyLife will cost £9.99 per month, so it is slightly dearer than Amazon Prime, Netflix and Now TV. But if you are looking for a more child-friendly service with parental controls, it may be worth the additional amount with the ability to limit the usage of the app on a daily or weekly basis.

    Twitter Polls

On Wednesday, Twitter announced they would be introducing a polling feature within the next few days.

Why? Well the idea is to give people a voice ‘on all the topics they care about.’

All users will have the functionality soon on iOS, Android and desktops.

The polls will be available to all users, with the poll lasting 24 hours. Users will be able to choose one of 2 responses in a ‘Yes’, ‘No’ scenario.

Just in case you may be worried if people knew how you voted, Twitter have stated that ‘how you voted is not shared publicly’.

Polls can be created for any reason important enough to you whether it’s: ‘what to name your dog, who will win tonight’s game, which election issue people care most about — there’s no better place to get answers than on Twitter.’

Not only does Twitter polls seem like a bit of fun, it could be an invaluable asset to businesses to gather feedback from customers and the public.
